my insulation is puffy and cotton candy like and its yellow
the house was finished in early august 2001
this is also urgent
and is fiberglass harm ful if breath because i wanna do stuff in my attic

    What kind of “stuff”? Fiberglass can cause irritation if inhaled so you may want to wear a dust mask.

    From your description, you have fiberglass insulation and not asbestos. Fiberglass insulation still can be an irritant to skin, eyes and lungs. It wouldn’t be lethal but can make you miserable. A mask, long sleeves, and gloves would protect you.
