    Yes, you can, but such a situation will be covered by workman’s comp. Since any problems will be 10-40 years down the road, you will not get much. It will also depend on the type, level, and duration of exposure. If the employer can show no OSHA level was exceeded, you have no case. Minimal exposure to asbestos is within the rules. You could report them to OSHA, but that will probably just get you fired. What you should do is take your evidence and discuss it with your employer. At least get a baseline physical out of it.
