Asbestos Health Effects

Question by Dreamer: am i being exposed to asbestos?

i live in an old apartment building and the other day moving furniture around, i accidentally jammed 3 fairly large holes into the wall. the holes are pretty deep…I am wondering am i being exposed to asbestos or lead? It’s an old building and i know there is lead based paint underneath the current layer of paint. what should I do?

I would patch and paint the holes before the landlord sees them. The little bit you were exposed to wouldn’t be enough for concern.
